Reign, which airs on the CW, is the latest show to offers us a look into the ever intriguing past. Thanks to ScoutedApparel.com I was able to create a hairstyle that is appropriate for both a maiden of 1557 and an L.A. native. You too can recreate this look with one of Scouted Apparel’s lovely chain headbands available HERE
Today I’m sharing a very daring look! In the August Issue of Mexico’s Marie Claire, Lea Michele looked amazing in nothing but a tuxedo and black briefs. This look seems to be making the rounds right now, you’ll see a very similar outfit worn by Selena Gomez herself in her new music video Slow Down.
But is this really a look you can rock to a party? Yes! Just grab a blazer, throw on your fav pair of shorts and…. make sure it’s the right kind of event! Don’t go trying to wear this to Grandma’s 80th birthday bash.
I’ve been eating a lot cleaner and trying to workout more often so my blazer is not as form fitting as it use to be but I sort of like it a little bigger. It has the whole “boyfriend jeans” vibe going on.
Hope you guys like it! Let me know what you think!
Kelly has definitely grown on me and become a bit of an inspiration. I like that she stays true to herself, speaks honestly, and isn’t easily intimidated. Also, I’ve been working to get back in shape so she is a big fitness inspiration! Check out that bod….that girl worked hard for it and she completely deserves it.
And now, we must steal her style! I raided my wardrobe for pieces to create a similar look but it wasn’t easy. The skirts and bustiers Kelly wears are bright, bold, and …designer. But I was able to create a similar vibe with a few pieces I already own. Hope you like it **fingers crossed**
What You’ll Need:
This week featured the lovely and talented Emma Stone. I love her sweet style and how genuine she comes across! As I continue to recreate looks, I want you guys to know that LoveNiki is a place full of love. I’m not here to bash or judge celebrities’ style or life.
I love being able to look at them and the world around me for inspiration. I think the world would be a much better place if we all made an effort to support each other and our uniqueness :)
On to the makeup… The biggest secret to Emma’s look is getting the blue to pop. Use a white cream base like the one above and your blue shadow will really stand out! I may be a beginner but playing with makeup is fun. Lol
