REVIEW: Not Your Mother’s Double Take Dry Finish Texture Spray

It works!

Even after being somewhat disappointed by Not Your Mother’s Beach Babe Sea Salt Spray, I decided to try their texture spray a try (note: don’t bother with the sea salt spray unless you’re looking for a super subtle/natural tousled wave a.k.a. hardly  worth the money).

Thankfully, this texture spray works magic on hair! They should really call it “Bottled Bombshell” or “Boom Chica Boom Boom” because it adds lots of body, lift, and texture.

If you add it to your roots, it’ll give your flat hair a great base lift. If you add it to the rest of your hair it will pump it up with more volume. It also adds hold without taking away your hair’s natural movement and bounce.

Also, this texture spray tends to loosen tight curls. So if you’re trying to wear your hair in tighter, more polished curls, you’ll want to look for a different product.

Another big plus, you can pick up a bottle for less than $7 dollars! As you probably guessed, I got mine at Ulta Beauty but you can also find Not Your Mother’s Products at: CVS, Walmart, and Target.

I hope you loved this quick review! Let me know if you’re a fan of the Not Your Mother’s brand and which product is your favorite!

Love,

Niki
