My quest for a slim and toned body continues! It’s funny to write a healthy living post the day after I shared a bacon recipe but what would life be without the occasional indulgence? Key word being, occasional! (more…)
After a taking sick time off from working out and all the healthy stuff I had going for me, it’s time to get back to it! A setback is only a setback if you allow yourself to permanently stop. So shake it off and lets go.
Only 15 days left until Christmas! The holidays came so quickly this year. I know it can be tricky thinking of awesome gift ideas for everyone but fitness gear is a great option.
Getting in shape will be at the top of everyone’s resolution list for 2014. Plus, you can never have enough workout clothing or accessories! Think about it, it only takes one tough & sweaty workout to dirty your outfit so the more pieces you have, the less you’ll have to load up the washing machine each week!
Come July 1st I want to be 100% bikini ready and I became even more inspired today after seeing & reading about these AMAZING women and their: Body Transformations
Check out their stories and let me know your thoughts!
We made it to Wednesday! Let the weekend countdown commence! So I wanted to focus in on my shoes really quickly because they make me super happy Lol. I beat my last pair up for a good two years and finally needed to get something more supportive for running. These hot pink Nike Flex shoes feel amazing, they’re very flexible. Plus they’re on sale right now!
On another note, I think it’s important to remember that life is about having fun. So no matter what you’re doing, enjoy it, have fun and try to not take yourself too seriously (This is one of my new year’s resolutions). And so in keeping with my resolution… I also wanted to share my mismatched socks & silly face with you. Happy Wednesday :)
Lots of love,
“No matter how slow you go, you are still lapping everyone on the couch”
I’m working on getting back on the diet and fitness wagon after not being able to find time for far too long. Plus I’m running a 5k in only 18 days for the fight against epilepsy . 5K + Great Cause = 2 very big reasons to push myself and get back to living a healthy lifestyle.
