One of my other goals for 2016 is to film more videos. And while I’m busy brainstorming and planning the video content for this year, I thought I’d share some of my favorite videos currently up on my youtube channel(LoveNikiTV).

It has always gotten a lot of compliments followed by a funny look of surprise. Whenever someone has said something nice, I can’t help but blurt out “Thanks! It was only $10 dollars!” This may seem like a normal response here in blog land but in real life, people seem to find it hard to believe that I would willingly admit to spending so little on an item of clothing.
I grew up in a household that had a very small, if any, budget for clothing. Most shopping was done at the beginning of the school year and my new clothing could only be worn during school hours. When you have a small wardrobe, you have to take care of it!

This look is dressy and almost work appropriate. I added a crop top to make it a little more fun and less businessy I’m in the process of trying to evolve my style. #AdultingIsHard
This year I drank way too much coffee and my teeth aren’t as white as they could be. And since we’ll be taking tons of photos to capture the memories of our first married Christmas, I really wanted to brighten my smile. It makes such a difference in photos, especially those up close-up selfies. Continue Reading
It’s been awhile since I’ve posted an outfit! I miss sharing style posts with you guys. They’re so much fun to shoot and I like to believe that they are somewhat helpful to you when you’re closet makes you feel frustrated and uninspired.
Today’s outfit is a casual take on holiday dressing. It also hides the extra weight I’ve put on (thank you honeymoon cruise! Lol). Here in Los Angeles, we’re expecting a sunny 73° degree Christmas but a pair of sweater tights (like these) can help you stay warm if you’re expecting a colder day. Continue Reading
